Product design life is 15 years, which is equivalent to 60,000 hours of cumulative operating time and 120,000 total electrical cycles, when used within the electrical and temperature rating limitations of the relay. The failure rate is to be less then 5000 ppm the first year and 2500 ppm each year thereafter.
